Art and Passion

Contemplating in my studio, I ask God to continue using the art in me as a pictorial depiction of things I am passionate about.

The issues I stand firmly on and do not waver from are often the subjects to my visual illustration. The piece pictured above was created on 28 x 28 format to represent the prayers going out to those who have chosen to serve and protect via US Military. We as a prayer team armor up with shields of strength!

Prayer Warriors for US Soldiers is coming out of it’s 3rd year in “ serving and praying” . Founded by a few women we have now expanded to involvement from across the nation. We consult with 10 chaplains’ nationwide. In addition to, we have added our own crisis chaplain on the team. Our core team consist of some pretty colorful personalities whom I adore and refer to as “island of misfits” much like Jesus’s yeshiva! I smile with that comment. God uses those with stories, all stories! The mixture of personalities is the heart of this ministry.

PW4USS is launching our fundraising for our biggest event ot the year for veterans and their famalies. “Veterans Day Celebration at Hope Farms in Kernersville, Nov 4th 2023”.

From lamas to chickens, sheep, goats and zipline. From lots of food and a DJ and special speakers and gift bags……..this event will always be free to veterans and their famalies. But we need generous donations to fund the event. No giving is too small. We are a non profit in a legal sense but we profit in blessings and fulfillment.
